GIKART INTERNATIONAL Product Refund Policy

GIKART INTERNATIONAL Customer Product Refund Policy We stand behind the quality of GIKART INTERNATIONAL products. All GIKART INTERNATIONAL products are covered by GIKART INTERNATIONAL Customer Product Refund Policy. If the customer is not completely satisfied,

he/she is entitled to return the products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

: GIKART INTERNATIONAL Returns Policy for GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor may return the products within 30 days of purchase.

Reference Notes:

The GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor must return the product(s) to GIKART INTERNATIONAL office.
Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the GIKART INTERNATIONAL office.
Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor as a return. The product can be „marketable‟ or „unmarketable‟ depending on the condition of the returned stocks assessed by the Returns Executives at the GIKART INTERNATIONAL office.
Total BV of the returned products will be deducted from the returning GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor’s account.
If unsold products return is greater than or equal to 6 in number on a single invoice, 10% handing charges will be deducted and an amount equivalent to the BV of returned product will be deducted from sponsor’s shopping bonus.
The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and videos or other sales aids.
Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
If products are returned by customers directly to GIKART INTERNATIONAL, BV adjustment shall be done from the GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor’s account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from GIKART INTERNATIONAL Independent Distributor.
